Job Designation:
1.Associate Software Developer - Java developer | .Net developer.
Job Location: Hyderabad or Pune or anywhere in India as per need and requirements
Qualification: B.E., B. Tech, M.Tech, MCA, B.SC (comp) - (2015 | 2016)
(Above 55% with no backlogs OR 6.5 or above)
Pay package Details: 2.0-3.0  Lac PA
Accommodation: Need to be arranged by candidates itself
Service Bond: Not Required.

Selection procedure:

1. Resume Screening
2. Group Discussion or Personal Interaction Round.
3. Technical Rounds
4. System Task Round.
5. HR Round.

Candidates clearing all the above rounds will be directly selected as Associate Software Developers(20vacancies), however, those who could not able to clear all the above rounds might be considered for Associate Software Trainee positions, depending upon their performance in below two rounds i.e.

1. Group Discussion or Personal Interaction Round.
2. Written Test(programming).
3. Technical Face to Face
4. HR Round
   

Candidates selected as Associate Software Trainee(60 Vacancies) need to undergo the following process.

• Training will be of minimum 45 to 60 days.
• Refundable Security Deposit amount will be Rs. 3,000/- per  candidate.
• No Salary / Stipend during this training period
• There will be System Task round after completion of training.
1. Once candidate clears the System Task Round, Security Deposit will be refunded.
2. If  fails to clear System Task Round, Security Deposit will not be refunded but candidate will be benefitted with the Experience Letter as per the performance.

NOTE:

1. Security deposit is collected ONLY for the position of  Associate Software Trainee,  as company needs some security against the huge investment made for training the students & providing them all other benefits.
2. The designations will be decided as per the subsequent Interview with Interview Panel & their decisions would be final.
3. Candidates attending the drive should be serious for the Job and should be ready to accept the suitable offer.
