Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.Pharmacy & M. Pharmacy 2016 Pass outs Only 
Key expectations:
Knowledge of science:
Good understanding of the human body and capability to communicate necessary technical & scientific, health management information and Brand science to customers 
Marketing Strategy Implementation:
  • Implement strategies for coverage of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) as advised by the organization
  • Ability to build relationship to bring about a belief shift amongst target HCPs through a combination of science and persuasion
  • Ability to engage customers in Conferences and Education Programs through confident & logical communication
  • Collaborate with FMCG field managers as necessary to support the needs of customers
  • Complete all activations as planned to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Identify new business opportunities:
  • With guidance from the regional managers, conduct market development activity, retail chemist audits & competitor intelligence from time to time
  • Networking Skills with various local associations to identify practice shift trends or impeding regulatory changes

  • Demonstrate effective Pre and Post Call Planning customized to specific HCP requirements
  • Provide territory performance data, doctor profiles, chemist profiles and execution data in stipulated formats for effective management of the territory
  • Maintain and share monthly inventory of all inputs and samples
  • Timely reporting as per systems & process laid out by the organization
  • High engagement with the immediate team and the extended team
  • Respond quickly to all grievances raised in the respective territory
  • Strict adherence to compliance protocols of the organization
  • Provide accurate information pertaining to company’s products and their approved indications in a manner which will ensure only labeled use of these products

Key Competencies:
  • Ability to work in teams to execute organizational strategies
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Vernacular languages
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and work independently to accomplish key priorities and tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills that can help build relationships with KOLs, internal stakeholders & Key Accounts
  • Software skills (computer basic, internet ,emails)
