Salary: First 6 Months of Training Rs.15,000 + BONUS and Incentives.

- Incentives (2k for each closure. Closure they can do according to their caliber) + Monthly bonus between (1k – 5k)(for good performance.)
- Every 6 months Hike will be there and 18- 15 months commitment is required.
Selection Process:
1.Communication skill:- It also depends upon the number of
students.(above 100)
- Jam (Just a minute) sessions : JAM is the acronym for Just A Minute. In this process, New Joinees are asked to speak on a topic of their choice or on a given topic for a minute.
- Group Discussions :In a Group Discussion there is fair possibility that you improve your communication skills. Communication skills are considered as necessary to do well in Recruiting Field .
- Divergent Thinking: Group Discussion enables a participating candidate to think in divergent directions to generate more points and a good presentation of the topic in the group.
