Instructions to the Students
Participating in the Program
- Students to come in Formal Dress Only (Gents to Wear Shoes).
- Not to carry Mobile Phones/Cameras to the program.
- Not to take Photos during the Program.
- To be disciplined and not to make Any Noise.
- To Follow the Queue as Per the Instructions.
- No Claps during the Certificate Presentation.
- Procedure to Behave during the Certificate Collection - Seeing towards Camera with Smiling Face, Bowing to the Chief Guest while Collecting the Certificate, Fast and Disciplined Movement etc.
- No Entry into the College Campus after 3:45 PM.
- Students to Collect Convocation Gown from the Department Counter and Wear it properly by 4:00 PM and Occupy the Allotted Seat.
