* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with additional knowledge of other foreign languages or dialects being an added bonus

* Good knowledge of world geography/general knowledge/current affairs
* Flexible to work in a fast-changing environment
* Data management skills will be an added advantage
* Should be customer-service oriented, self-directed, motivated and a driven performer

Responsibilities :
* Review user generated content from across different geographies/languages
* Educate users to improve quality of user generated content on Google Maps
* Work closely with Google';s UGC Geo products policy and quality to build new/refine existing processes
* Understand and respond to user queries, complaints, feature requests on an user help forum
* Collaborate with a global team to help build User Help Center documentation/content
