Following are the steps to be followed by the candidates
Step I: At counter No.1 (for Enquiry):
Produce the following documents for scrutiny
I)Provisional Allotment Order of EAMCET Convener
II)“Receipt of certificates” issued by APSCHE
III)Registration fee receipt
IV)Bank challan copy as proof of payment of Tuition Fees as follows :
(a)Rs.67,500/- in case of non-reimbursement category students
(b)Rs.32,500/- in case of non SC/ST, reimbursement category of students.
V)The following original certificates together with Photostat copies of the certificates (3 sets)
A)SSC /CBSE/ICSE pass certificates b) Intermediate pass certificate c) study certificate (School & College ) d) Inter TC e) Eamcet Rank card f) Eamcet Hall ticket g) & h) Caste certificate & Income certificate (for fee reimbursement candidates only).
After scrutiny, Application form will be issued to the candidate.
Step II :
Fill in the Application form in capital letters giving complete information asked for like phone number of parent , postal address, phone number of student, email id etc.,
Step III : At counter No.2 (for verification)
Submit the filled in Application form at this counter for verification. After verification & endorsement collect the Application form with all enclosures.
Step IV : At Counter No.3 (for Registration)
Submit the Application form at this counter for registration.
All the particulars will be entered in the system and “Admit” coupon given to the candidate.
*Step V: At counter 4 (for college bus Transport facility)
The candidate who wishes to use college bus facility may go to this counter, collect details of the routes on which buses are operated and the fee to be paid. The slab rates are Rs 13,000/-,15,000/-,17,000/- depending on the distance.
Collect transport application form and submit the filled–in application form affixing a passport size photograph.
The application will be checked and counter signed at this counter.
Step VI : At counter 5 (For payment of cash)
a)Produce the Admit coupon and pay the fees as follows :
i)Admission fee 5,500/-
ii)NBA Accreditation fee 3,000/- (For ECE, CSE Branches only)
b)Produce the transport application form and pay the transport fee
c)Collect the receipt for the amounts paid.
*Note: This step is applicable only for candidates who wish to avail themselves of college transport. Other candidates should follow step VI after step IV.
